You'll meet with me one on one at my new women’s only boutique fitness center - Leanify Method Fitness in downtown Westerly.


Then we'll spend 60-90 minutes dedicated entirely to you and the creation of your personalized fat loss plan.


We'll start by determining where you are now and figure out exactly where you want to go.  


Next, I’ll ask you a few questions to get a complete picture of your personal situation and fully understand all your personal variables that need to be considered and accounted for in your plan.


We'll look at your current workout routine and nutrition plan in detail. We'll analyze your level of follow through, look at any obstacles that have held you back, and review your "feedback loop."


It’d be irresponsible of me to give you a plan without really getting to know you and your unique circumstances.


Once I’ve got the “raw materials” I need, and a handle on your unique situation, we'll get to work building your strategic action plan. 


This Is What That Will Look Like
I'll make specific recommendations regarding your workout routine...


Letting you know if there is anything you should tweak or adjust to achieve your ideal weight and body composition in the least amount of time.  


Next we'll establish your metabolic rate, determine your daily caloric and macronutrient needs, and design your custom nutrition plan.


Your caloric and macronutrient intake targets will be set specifically for you based off your metabolism and level of activity so you can ignite your metabolism and melt fat and inches 24 hours a day.  


We’ll also lay out accountability measures combined with strategic reward and consequence systems to dramatically improve your ability to “follow through.”


Once those are in place, we’ll engineer your feedback loop so you know how to best measure the results your plan is producing ...and when to make adjustments to optimize your fat loss and get the body you want faster.  


I’ll also answer ANY questions you have and leave no stone unturned so you’re 100% prepared to make the body you want reality!   


And when we're done with that, I'm going to give you a personalized, full body calorie torching workout on me...

Bottom line… You must be willing put in real work and “stretch yourself."


Incredible transformations don’t just happen... 


They are the result of commitment and hard work. If you’re not prepared to make the commitment and put in the work, this definitely isn’t for you.


3. You must be open minded and follow directions.


I know what I'm doing and my “way” might be different than what you’ve experienced in the past.


So you must be willing to keep an open mind, trust the process, and follow directions.


After all... if you don’t implement the stuff I give you and you don’t follow the plan, I can’t guarantee you’ll get the result you want.


4. You must be 100% honest with me.


For this whole thing to work, you must be straight up with me.  It's the only way I can help you. 


So, If being truthful and honest with me is a problem, this isn’t for you. 


5. You must be positive.


I do not work with or associate with negative people; Period!

I only work with positive, motivated, optimistic women.  And I don’t compromise on this.


6. You must be in it for the “long haul.”


I'm not interested in helping you achieve results through “hacks” or “easy button” solutions.  


If you’re looking for a “short term fix” or “diet” to get you a result… only to revert back once you get the result you want, this isn’t for you.


I value teaching you how to build rock solid habits so you achieve your body composition goals in a safe way and sustain them for years to come...


Therefore, I only work with women who are committed to doing things the "right way" and  developing a lifestyle that will allow them to sustain their results long term.

Here’s how the process works:


First you’ll need to fill out an application. Don’t worry, it’s very straightforward and will only take a couple minutes.


I just need to know who you are, what you’re looking to achieve, and get some general background info on you, etc.


This will help me be more prepared for your personal planning session.


I’m also going to ask for a “real person” deposit of $50.


I could care less about your $50. I just need a way to “filter” out women who aren’t serious.  


You’ll get it right back at the end of our session (unless I take you as a client - and in that case, I can apply it to your membership.)

After you’ve submitted your deposit and application, I'll contact you to set up a time to get together.


Our meeting will take place at Leanify Method Fitness located at 36 High St. in downtown Westerly.  It'll last between 60 to 90 minutes ( I would plan on the 90 min side).  


At the end of your planning session, if you see the value in becoming one of our exclusive clients and joining the Leanify Method family, great!  We can talk about it.


And if you don't want to become a client - that's OK too. No biggie and you'll get your deposit back.  


And if you tell me I've wasted your time, I'll give you DOUBLE your deposit back immediately.
